Marriage was a mistake for David Beckham

Reports are out that Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has said that the life of David Beckham changed once he got married to Victoria aka Posh Spice.

These comments were made by Ferguson’s on Tuesday evening at the Citizens’ Theatre in Glasgow, where he was the guest of honour at an ‘An Audience With…’ evening attended by family, friends and fans.

Ferguson added that David Beckham was never a problem until he got married. Fergie also said that Beckham used to go into work with the academy coaches at night time and that he was a fantastic young player.

The legendary United boss also went on to say that Beckham getting married into that entertainment scene was a difficult thing and from that moment his life was never going to be the same. Ferguson also said that Beckham now is such a big celebrity and sadly football is only a small part. The big part is his persona.
