Cristiano Ronaldo eyeing a move to Real Madrid
December 31, 2007
Reports are out that Manchester United wing ace Cristiano Ronaldo is eyeing a move to Real Madrid next season. It is also revealed that Ronaldo confessed to his Portugal teammates prior to their Euro 2008 qualifier against Finland that he will be playing for Real Madrid next season.
It is also believed that Ronaldo has a £45 million buyout clause written into his present contract and Ronaldo has told his friends that the time is right now for him to leave Manchester United.
Cristiano Ronaldo is also happy with the rapid progress made by Nani and believes United will allow him to leave for £40 million.
Will this transfer ever happen? As a United fan i don’t want to see Ronaldo move to Real Madrid or any other club any time soon. I still believe that Ruud Van Nistelrooy should not have been sold to Real and i just pray that United won’t sell Ronaldo to Real.
